Pressure cleaning is essential to our outdoor spaces here in SWFL

Clients enrolled in our maintanance program never need worry about cleaning. We don't allow your brick paver installations to ever see dirt!

Any uncovered outdoor space begins to grow a black mildew on the surface (pores) of the brick paver installation. Mold/algae "worms" will saturate the joints.

Unsealed pavers will need to be pressure cleaned anually to avoid mildew and algae from building up.

Choosing to seal your pavers after proper cleaning will keep the mold off of the surface of your concrete brick pavers and stone for several years, even without cleaning.
