Pressure Washing & Surface Cleaning in Fort Myers

Your outdoor surfaces collect more than footprints. Dirt, leaves, irrigation marks and organic buildup can leave a driveway looking tired and a shaded patio less inviting. Paver Savers & Concrete provides pressure washing and surface cleaning in Fort Myers for pavers, concrete, travertine and stone. We look at the material and its condition before discussing the right approach. Whether you want a cleaner entrance, a refreshed pool deck or preparation for further restoration, the work starts with the surface you actually have and the result you want to see.

Driveway cleaning that improves the first impression

A driveway is one of the largest surfaces people see when they arrive at your home. General grime, tracked-in dirt and shaded areas of buildup can make that entrance feel neglected even when the rest of the property is well cared for. Cleaning can help refresh the overall appearance without changing the layout or replacing the paving. We discuss the material, existing finish and any specific marks that concern you before defining the work.

Not every discoloration responds to the same treatment. A patch near a parked vehicle may be different from a mark beside irrigation or a shaded border. Let us know what you believe caused it and how long it has been present. Some stains can be more persistent than surface dirt, so it is useful to separate a general cleaning goal from a specific stain-removal expectation. That makes the estimate conversation clearer and keeps the outcome realistic.

From the first look to the finish

What to expect.

  1. Tell us what needs cleaning

Share the area type, material if known and the main concerns. Photos of the whole driveway or patio plus close views of specific marks help start a practical conversation about cleaning, staining and the condition of the surface.

  2. Assess the surface and surroundings

We discuss the existing finish, joints, nearby features and access requirements. If damage, failing coating or drainage appears relevant, we separate that concern from routine surface cleaning so you understand what the appointment is intended to accomplish.

  3. Clean to the agreed scope

The approach is selected for the material and condition rather than using one setting for every area. The work focuses on the surfaces included in the project, with attention to the buildup and concerns discussed during the assessment.

  4. Review future care

We discuss relevant maintenance and whether the surface needs any additional attention. Sealing, stone care or repairs can be considered separately where useful. Your next cleaning interval should reflect the actual exposure and use of your property.

Patio, pool deck and walkway cleaning for everyday use

Outdoor living spaces deserve the same attention as the front of the house. A patio beneath trees can gather leaves and grime, while a pool deck may show buildup in the places that stay damp or receive less sun. Walkways collect dirt along the routes people use most. We assess the affected surfaces and discuss the areas you want included so the cleaning appointment matches how the space is used.

Bring up furniture, planters, screened enclosures and anything else near the work area during the planning conversation. Clear access helps make the scope practical, particularly on smaller patios or routes around a pool. If a section has become uneven or water repeatedly gathers in one place, mention that as well. Cleaning addresses buildup, but those physical conditions may need a separate repair or drainage assessment before the area works the way you want it to.

Pavers, concrete and natural stone need individual attention

The word pressure washing covers surfaces with very different characteristics. Concrete paving, older brick pavers and a travertine deck should not automatically receive an identical approach. Existing coatings, worn areas, joints and the condition of the material all matter. Our surface cleaning service is tailored to those details, with the aim of improving the appearance while respecting the surface rather than treating greater pressure as the answer to every mark.

For stone, tell us what material you have if you know it and whether it has been sealed before. For pavers, point out loose joints, damaged pieces or a finish that has become cloudy. Where the main issue is stone maintenance or failing sealer, a more specific service may be appropriate. You can still begin with a cleaning inquiry. We help distinguish routine upkeep from a restoration need so the work you request fits the problem you see.

Know what cleaning can improve and what needs another service

Surface cleaning is intended to clear common outdoor buildup such as dirt, algae and mildew, along with stains that are suitable for treatment. It can be a useful refresh on its own or a preparation step before other maintenance. It does not raise sunken pavers, restore missing material or remove every deeply absorbed stain. A good assessment makes those boundaries clear before you commit to a broader plan.

If old sealer is peeling, whitening or wearing in distinct patches, ask about paver stripping rather than assuming another wash will solve it. If you want a renewed finish after cleaning, ask about cleaning and sealing as a combined restoration plan. If the surface is sound and simply needs routine care, a focused cleaning service may be enough. We offer several outdoor-surface services, which makes it easier to discuss the actual need instead of forcing every problem into one treatment.

Build a cleaning routine around your property

Fort Myers outdoor spaces do not all get dirty at the same pace. Shade, trees, irrigation, foot traffic and exposure influence what collects and how visible it becomes. We recommend considering surface cleaning once or twice a year, with the actual interval adjusted to the property. Check the places you use most and the areas that stay damp, rather than waiting until the whole surface looks equally worn.

A useful care plan also means noticing changes between visits. Sweep loose debris when practical, address spills promptly using guidance suitable for the material and report recurring puddles or movement. Ask about cleaning products before using them on natural stone or an existing finish. Paver Savers & Concrete began helping homeowners in 2010, and our approach remains straightforward: understand the surface, recommend the relevant work and help you keep the outdoor areas enjoyable between larger projects.

Before you book

Pressure Washing & Surface Cleaning questions, answered.

What outdoor surfaces can you clean?

The service includes driveways, patios, pool decks and walkways, with pavers, concrete, travertine and stone among the materials assessed. Tell us what you have and what condition it is in. Different materials and existing finishes require an individual discussion before the approach is agreed.

Can pressure washing remove algae and mildew?

Cleaning is used to address common organic buildup, including algae and mildew on appropriate outdoor surfaces. The material and condition influence the treatment. Removing visible buildup does not mean the area will never develop it again, especially where shade and moisture remain part of the setting.

Can you remove oil, rust or irrigation stains?

Tell us about those marks when requesting the service so they can be assessed separately from ordinary dirt. The source, age and depth of a stain affect what may be achievable. We do not promise that every stain can be removed or that every surface will return to its original color.

Is cleaning suitable for a travertine pool deck?

Travertine is included in our surface-care services, but the approach should respect the stone and its condition. If the deck also needs sealing or other natural-stone maintenance, we can discuss that scope. Mention existing coatings or previous treatments when arranging the assessment.

How often should I have my driveway or patio cleaned?

Once or twice a year is a useful starting point. A shaded area beneath trees may need a different routine from an open driveway. Visible buildup, use and moisture conditions help determine whether the timing makes sense for your property.

Does surface cleaning include paver sealing?

Not automatically. Routine cleaning and a full cleaning-and-sealing project have different scopes. If you want protection or a change in the appearance of the finish, say so when you contact us. We can discuss sealing after the surface and its existing treatment are assessed.

What should I do before the cleaning visit?

Discuss access, vehicles, furniture and movable items with us before the work. Mention gates, nearby plants and any areas that must stay accessible. The specific preparation depends on the project, so use the agreed instructions rather than assuming every driveway or pool deck requires the same setup.
