Paver Repair in Naples, FL

A paver that rocks at the front entry. A low spot on the pool deck where water sits after the sprinklers run. A driveway edge lifted by a palm root. In a Naples community where every driveway is expected to look the same, small problems stand out fast, sometimes in a letter from the HOA. I'm Aaron Kochheiser. Paver Savers & Concrete, LLC has been repairing pavers in Southwest Florida since 2010, from our home base in Fort Myers.

Why Naples pavers sink, lift and crack

  • Irrigation washout. Sprinklers that hit the same edge every day slowly wash out joint sand and then the bedding sand underneath. That's how low spots start.
  • Roots from mature landscaping. Palms, oaks and hedges planted close to walks and driveways push pavers up and open trip edges.
  • Loose borders. When an edge restraint fails, border pavers spread and the field pavers follow.
  • Heavy loads. Delivery trucks, landscaping trailers and moving vans can crack pavers or push a driveway apron down.
  • Pool deck and coping. Splash-out and drainage around the pool can loosen pavers and coping stones over time.

What we repair

  • Sunken and uneven pavers. We lift the area, correct and compact the base, re-screed the bedding sand and reset the pavers level with the surrounding surface.
  • Root lifts. We reset the pavers and talk with you about the root before anything gets cut. Some HOAs have rules about trees, so check yours.
  • Broken or cracked pavers. We replace damaged pieces and reuse sound pavers wherever we can. Spare pavers from the original install give the best match.
  • Re-sanding. Fresh polymeric sand locks the joints and resists weeds, ants and washout.
  • Edge restraints. We reset spreading borders so the repair stays put.

If the low spot keeps coming back because of where water goes, the fix may include drainage and water management.

Working within your Naples HOA

Many Naples neighborhoods are gated and governed by an HOA. Tell us your community name, gate or vendor-access rules, and any requirements for matching paver color and pattern. When the repair is done, cleaning and sealing helps the repaired section blend with the rest. See paver sealing in Naples.

How a Naples paver repair works

  1. Show us the problem. Send photos of the whole area and the trouble spot, and tell us where water collects.

  2. Find the cause. On site we check the base, edges, drainage, irrigation and nearby roots.

  3. Agree on the boundary. A dip often reaches farther than the few pavers you can see. We show you where the repair starts and stops.

  4. Lift, rebuild and reset. We fix what's underneath, relay the pavers in the original pattern and replace broken pieces.

  5. Lock it in. Re-sand the joints and reset the edges. Cleaning and sealing are optional afterward.

What our customers say

These guys fixed up my sunken pavers. I’m pleased with the results and I think the price was fair!

Ben H.

Very respectful of our property and went above and beyond even installing a drain extender to hopefully prevent the issue from reoccurring. Nice interaction and willingness to repair any potential problems that might arise.

Melissa M.

Aaron from Paver Savers is awesome. … He leveled and sealed our drive way and took special care while working around the house and yard. Price was very reasonable, I even had him do an extra patio and kept the quote the same. … Highly recommend Aaron and Paver Savers.

Naples paver repair FAQs

Can you match the pavers in my Naples community?

We reuse your original pavers wherever we can and find the closest replacement for broken pieces. Spare pavers from the original install give the best match. Weathering affects how close a match can be, so we go over the options on site.

Do you take small paver repairs?

Yes. A few sunken pavers at the driveway apron or a lifted section of walkway is a normal job for us.

Do I need HOA approval for a paver repair?

It depends on your association. Like-for-like repairs often need less review than changes in color or pattern, but check your HOA's rules and share them with us.

Will the repaired area look different from the rest?

Reset original pavers usually blend well. Replacement pieces can look newer at first. Cleaning and sealing the whole area afterward helps it all look consistent.

Is paver repair covered by a warranty?

Yes. All work backed by a full one year warranty.
