Paver Restoration in Naples, FL

When a Naples driveway has faded, grown weeds in every joint, sunk in spots and is covered in tired sealer, a quick clean won't bring it back. Restoration fixes what's wrong underneath and on top, then protects it again, so you keep the pavers you have instead of replacing them. I'm Aaron Kochheiser. Paver Savers & Concrete, LLC has restored pavers across Southwest Florida since 2010, from our home base in Fort Myers.

When a Naples driveway needs restoration, not just sealing

Sealing protects pavers that are already in good shape. Restoration is for surfaces with problems sealer can't hide:

  • Color that looks washed out even when wet.
  • White, hazy or peeling sealer.
  • Weeds, grass and ant hills growing through the joints.
  • Sunken, lifted or broken pavers.
  • Black mold and mildew in shaded areas.
  • Patched sections that don't match.

If you're seeing two or three of these, restoration is usually the better plan.

What a Naples restoration includes

We only do the steps your pavers need:

  • Failed sealer removal. We visually inspect the existing sealer, and if it has failed, we strip it.
  • Heavy weed removal. We pull established weeds and grass out of the joints, then clear out the old sand.
  • Deep cleaning. Mold, mildew, algae and general buildup, with stain treatment where needed.
  • Repairs. We re-level sunken sections, fix root lifts and replace broken pavers.
  • Re-sanding. Polymeric sand locks the joints and resists weeds and washout.
  • Recoloring. For faded pavers, recoloring brings back richer, more even color and helps replaced pieces blend.
  • Resealing. The highest quality two-part water-based urethane sealer. Walk on it after one hour; drive on it the next day.

Restoration in an HOA community

Many Naples communities control driveway colors and finishes. If you're thinking about recoloring or changing the sheen, check your HOA's rules and share them with us before we pick a color. We'll also work with your gate and vendor-access rules. For seasonal owners, we can plan the work while you're away and send you photos.

How a Naples restoration works

  1. Assessment. We look at the paver type, existing coating, joints, edges and drainage.

  2. Agree the scope. Which steps the surface needs, the color and finish your HOA allows, and the schedule.

  3. Restore. Stripping, weed removal, cleaning and repairs as needed.

  4. Re-sand, recolor and seal. Polymeric sand, optional recoloring, then the sealer.

  5. Keep it that way. Reseal every 2 to 3 years, or join the annual maintenance plan for a fresh clean and seal every year.

What our customers say

Aaron from Paver Savers is awesome. … He leveled and sealed our drive way and took special care while working around the house and yard. Price was very reasonable, I even had him do an extra patio and kept the quote the same. … Highly recommend Aaron and Paver Savers.

David

Aaron is the greatest guy with a amazing work ethic. He goes above and beyond and catches problems with other items at the house and has the knowledge to fix them. Couldn’t be happier and I am super picky. Our pool area was so moldy looks so good.

Aaron always goes above and beyond and does an excellent job! We have used his service many times and are always happy!

Naples paver restoration FAQs

What's the difference between paver restoration and paver sealing?

Sealing protects pavers that are already in good shape. Restoration fixes the problems first, such as failed sealer, weeds, faded color, sunken pavers and stains, and then reseals the surface.

Can you recolor faded pavers in Naples?

Yes. Recoloring is part of our driveway restoration. If you live in an HOA community, check its color rules first and share them with us.

Can you remove heavy weeds growing through the pavers?

Yes. Heavy weed removal is part of restoration. We clear the weeds and old joint sand, then refill with polymeric sand to help keep them out.

How soon can we use the driveway after restoration?

After the final seal, you can walk on freshly sealed pavers after one hour, and vehicles can go back on the driveway the next day.

How often should restored pavers be resealed?

We recommend resealing every 2 to 3 years. If you join our annual maintenance plan, we clean and seal your pavers every year, so the surface stays freshly cleaned and sealed.

Is restoration covered by a warranty?

Yes. All work backed by a full one year warranty.
