Paver Installation in Fort Myers, FL
Fort Myers is home for us. Paver Savers & Concrete, LLC has worked on pavers here since 2010. We've spent years repairing and restoring other people's installations, so we know what makes pavers last in Southwest Florida and what makes them sink, spread and wash out. That's the experience we bring to a new driveway, patio, walkway or pool deck extension. I'm Aaron Kochheiser, and small projects are as welcome as big ones.

What we install
- Driveways. New paver driveways and driveway extensions, planned around how the driveway meets the street, the garage and your parking.
- Patios and lanai extensions. Outdoor living space sized for the way you actually use it.
- Walkways and entries. Paths that connect the places you walk, with comfortable widths and clean transitions.
- Pool deck additions. Extra deck space, planned with drainage and the pool edge in mind.
- Additions to existing paving. We look at the height, pattern and condition of what's there so the new section ties in.
Built for Fort Myers conditions
What's under the pavers decides how long they last. Heavy summer rain, sandy soil and irrigation that hits the same edge every day are behind most of the sinking and washout we repair. So we plan the base, the edge restraints and where water will go before we talk about pavers. If water already collects near the house, we can plan drainage and water management as part of the same project.
Many Fort Myers neighborhoods have an HOA that approves paver colors, patterns and contractor access. Check your requirements early and share them with us so the plan fits before materials are chosen.
After installation
When the new surface is in, you can protect it right away or later. Sealing new pavers brings out the color and makes them easier to keep clean. We only use the highest quality two-part water-based urethane sealers. After sealing, you can walk on the pavers after one hour and drive on them the next day. From there, we recommend resealing every 2 to 3 years, or you can join our annual maintenance plan and we'll clean and seal every year. Keep a few spare pavers. They make future repairs much easier to match.

What our customers say
Aaron always goes above and beyond and does an excellent job! We have used his service many times and are always happy!
Aaron from Paver Savers is awesome. … He leveled and sealed our drive way and took special care while working around the house and yard. Price was very reasonable, I even had him do an extra patio and kept the quote the same. … Highly recommend Aaron and Paver Savers.
Fort Myers paver installation FAQs
What kinds of paver projects do you install in Fort Myers?
Driveways, driveway extensions, patios, lanai extensions, walkways, entries and pool deck additions. Small projects are welcome.
Can you extend my existing paver driveway or patio?
Yes. We look at the height, pattern and condition of the existing paving so the addition ties in. Matching depends on the paver style and how much the old pavers have weathered, so we'll go over options before you choose.
Do I need HOA approval for new pavers?
Many Fort Myers communities require approval for colors, patterns and layout changes. Check with your HOA early and share its requirements with us.
Should I seal my new pavers?
Sealing is optional but brings out the color and makes cleaning easier. We use the highest quality two-part water-based urethane sealers. You can walk on sealed pavers after one hour and drive on them the next day.
Is new installation covered by a warranty?
Yes. All work backed by a full one year warranty.
