Aaron and his team always does an excellent job. I had him out about 5 years ago to do some extensive repairs to my pool deck and seal it. Because of the great job done then, I called him back to come out to clean and seal my pavers. Just like the first time, great job done at a reasonable price. …
Paver Restoration in Bonita Springs, FL
A lot of Bonita Springs paving has been down for years under mature trees and heavy landscaping. That shade keeps it damp, roots push it around, and storms that brought high water to parts of town left behind silt, staining and settled sections. If your driveway or lanai looks dark, uneven and tired, restoration is how you bring it back without starting over. I'm Aaron Kochheiser. Paver Savers & Concrete, LLC has restored pavers in Southwest Florida since 2010, from our base in Fort Myers.

What we see on Bonita Springs pavers
- Black mold and mildew. Shaded driveways, walkways and screened lanais under mature trees stay damp and turn dark.
- Root lifts. Established oaks and palms lift pavers and open trip edges.
- Storm and flood residue. Homes that took on water in past storms often have silt in the joints, staining and sections that settled.
- Old, failing sealer. Older communities often have pavers sealed many times, with cloudy or peeling layers.
- Faded color and weeds. Sun-exposed sections fade and weeds fill washed-out joints.
What a Bonita Springs restoration includes
- Failed sealer removal. We visually inspect the existing sealer and strip it if it has failed.
- Heavy weed removal. We clear established weeds and grass, and the old sand and silt from the joints.
- Deep cleaning. Mold, mildew, algae and stains.
- Repairs. We reset root lifts and low spots and replace broken pavers.
- Re-sanding. Polymeric sand locks the joints back up.
- Recoloring. Brings faded pavers back to a richer, more even color.
- Resealing. The highest quality two-part water-based urethane sealer. Walk after one hour; drive the next day.
Seasonal homes and communities
If you're away for the summer, we can plan the work with your property manager or neighbor and send photos as it goes. If your community has rules on driveway color, finish or vendor access, share them before we choose a recoloring option. Travertine lanais and pool decks get a stone-specific approach through our travertine and stone maintenance service.

Bonita Springs paver restoration FAQs
Can you clean up pavers after flooding?
Yes. We clear silt from the joints, deep clean the surface, reset sections that settled, re-sand and reseal. If the base has washed out badly, we'll tell you what has to be rebuilt.
Our pavers are black under the trees. Can restoration fix that?
Yes. Deep cleaning removes mold and mildew, and sealing makes regular cleaning easier. Shaded areas can grow back over time, which is why we recommend resealing every 2 to 3 years or joining the annual maintenance plan.
How soon can we use the pavers after restoration?
After the final seal, you can walk on freshly sealed pavers after one hour, and vehicles can go back on the driveway the next day.
How often should restored pavers be resealed?
We recommend resealing every 2 to 3 years. If you join our annual maintenance plan, we clean and seal your pavers every year, so the surface stays freshly cleaned and sealed.
Is restoration covered by a warranty?
Yes. All work backed by a full one year warranty.
